Every year, J.D. Power and Associates releases a dependability study that analyzes 3 year old vehicles. They survey owners of these vehicles to find out how many mechanical issues they’ve had in the past year.
This year, three 2011 GMC vehicles ranked highest for dependability in their respective segments. These three vehicles were the Yukon, Sierra, and Sierra HD.
The Sierra HD also earned this title in last year’s study.
Searching for a truck can be a long process since each vehicles has its unique advantages. Dependability is always an important factor, however. Since the full lineup of GMC Sierra pickups have been named most dependable by this study, they prove to be a wise choice.
With the release of the all-new 2014 Sierras and 2015 Yukon, GMC will build on the momentum that these 3-year old trucks have established, continuing the GMC reputation for dependability.
