Follow these three simple tips to keep your car looking good for a long time!
Driving your car like you’re in the Indy 500 can create unnecessary wear on the engine and suspension components in addition to creating a dangerous hazard on the road. If your aggresive driving gets you into an accident, your car will be worth less and won’t be quite the same after it’s repaired.
Park in the shade
The sun isn’t very friendly to dashboards. UV radiation will dry out and fade your dash, and parking in the sun will heat up your car to levels found only in your kitchen oven. If no shade is available, pick up a reflective windshield shade. It’ll keep your car cool and extend the life of your dashboard.
Fix windshield chips
If you find a rock chip in your windshield, get it fixed as soon as you can. The crack could spread across the whole windshield, which is not only illegal to drive with, but damages the structural benefit that the windshield gives your car.
